This masterwork has been widely performed and is one of Mozart's most beloved choral works. Levin's new edition attempts to be truer to Mozart's intent than the Sussmayr edition. He has added an extended "Amen" to the Lacrymosa. This edition was commissioned by Helmuth Rilling, and is published by Hanssler-Verlag. You and/or your singers will find these study recordings to be a great help in preparing this work.
